Well, it’s a sad day here in New England…of course, Miss Party is still licking her wounds which will no doubt heal by next fall, but she thanks her beloved Patriot’s for a great season no matter the outcome of the Super Bowl. No complaints here and no whining either. Congratulations to the NY Giants. It was a very entertaining and exciting game that went down to the final seconds of the game.
Miss Party also wants to congratulate the fine city of Indianapolis for being such great hosts for the Super Bowl. They did a fabulous job and the people of Indy were incredibly gracious and welcoming. Miss Party really enjoyed her visit and would love to go back again someday. It was a really positive experience right up until the last 56 seconds of the game…
The “Taste of the NFL” was really fun, Miss Party tried lots of great food and wine. She can still taste the delicious “Roasted Red Pepper Bisque” at the Pro Football Hall of Fame station. The warm “Nueske’s Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Chorizo Sausage” at the Cleveland Browns station was delicious (she went back for ‘seconds’ on those and they just might show up at the next party). Miss Party’s husband loved the “Spicy Tuna Poke” at the New York Jets station. Miss Party will work on getting a few pictures up tomorrow.
–Let’s go Red Sox!!!
